So I had a warranty switch on my phone today due to issues with it, and switched to another curve. used the switcher function on my laptop. Anyway, I tried to access my company email on my phone, and it won't let me. I went to check the email settings, but the configure email menu isn't there anymore!!!! What can I do!?
What I had to do when I got my replacement was log into my.t-mobile.com and set up blackberry email. When I clicked on that it asked if I wanted to switch my pin. As soon as I did that I got my emails that weren't sent. Try that and service books.
