    I know how to set ringtones. I have everything set up and have confirmed that there are exceptions for certain callers in the profile. BUT - the ringtones will not keep. I go into the contact and set the custom ring tone for users. Then the next day none of the users have custome ringtones listed in their contact card. In the profiles I see the exceptions listed and in fact each user is listed in the same line multiple times. Maybe I need to delete everything and start all over but I do not see a way to delete the exceptions that are listed in the profile. What am I doing wrong? THis has never happened before.

    I am no expert but is it possible your memory is low? Perhaps this is something that the bb will auto delete to converse when you have little available memory?
