I have my daughters ring tone set to tone "A".. When I switch it to tone "B" tone "A" still comes up... I go to edit, select tone "B" and hit save... Still tone "A" still comes up.. The customer service at us cellular suggested that I delete the contact and start all over and I did and it helped...
I can't imagine I have to go through that entire process to change a tone do I? I did create a exception for her that when she texts me it comes up a different tone if that matters......
