Is it me doesn't know how to setup or that the way of BB?
My custom ringtone & caller ID does not show when BB in lock mode. Please help!!!Thank

Options > Security > General

Scroll down to Content Protection. Set Include Address Book to No.

Thank for quick reply. Igot the Red lock sign next to the Yes of Inclue Address Book & can't change it.
May be it is the way my company setup like that & not allowed us to change stuff?

Are you on BES? If you have a work issued phone that's on BES, there isn't anything you can do.
