In the last couple of days my Tmobile curve has stopped vibrating when I receive calls. I have a custom profile, but it has worked for over a year and nothing has changed recently.

I think this is a great phone, and have encouraged others to buy them. but if it is a hardware issue, I am out of warranty, and will have to pay a hefty amount to replace it. In fact it would be cheaper to pay the termination and go with another carrier.

Does anyone know how to double check and make sure it is not a software issue, before I consider scraping my phone? it is an 8320 with V4.5.0.81

I pulled the battery a couple of different times over the last day, without success.

I talked to Tmobile and backed up my berry and did erased the full thing and then reloaded my backup with out success.

I am upset that I have become so damm dependent on this thing, and dont know how to fix it when it is sick.

I appreciate any help you can suggest.
