Anybody ever seen an issue when the mail application doesn't open email? The user clicks the ball and the email just changes status from unread to read. Also the small menu doesn't open either but the user can scroll up and down. Quite peculiar. The user and I have already tried bouncing the device and reloading its software. Any ideas?
