When I read an IMAP message on my blackberry Curve, I can easily see that a few moment later it is flagged as read in Outlook. But the reverse doesn't seem to happen. If I read my imap emails on the computer first, then pick up the Blackberry, then, well, the emails are all there but not flagged as read as they should be. Any ideas why? Could the corporate BES server need an update (I have both work and personal simultaneously)?
in most cases, the BES will update all terminals/devices... but will not update from terminal to device, i.e. BES will distribute the read notification sent from your device and update your outlook terminal, but your outlook terminal doesnt transmit to BES, only receives.
