i was wondering which curve model that is on the front page of crackberry.com. its the one thats in the 200,000th member banner next to kickstart and bold. its titanium with black keys and (i think) 8330 housing. however i didnt think it came out in titanium for sprint or verizon.

and does anyone know if the 8330 housing would fit on a 8310? for some reason i like the look of the 8330 better than the 8310...something about the black keys and the black lcd frame

yeah i like the black keyboard way better, makes it look soo slick.. as for if it will fit on the 8310, im not sure...

I am pretty sure that is the 8330, the javelin has all black keys and a silver bezel.

I have heard that it doesn't fit, but I would be interested to try. Spare parts are not out on Cellular Accessories - SonyEricsson, Microsoft, LG, Samsung, NEC, Apple, BenQ-Siemens, Dopod/O2, Access yet, as the site only has the trackball and the screen posted. My biggest concern would be that the screws would be in a different location through the circuit board.

That is actually the sCurve, ?, and the Bold, the only diff. with the way the phone looks to the Titanium, are the black keys, they are the same as the ones on the 8310 Red.

thanks for the replies guys. im pretty sure there is someone out there that has put an 8330 housing on the 8310. if i remember right someone on another board did it when they painted their curve black. i might have to go find out and try it out for myself. i have to find out where i can get the 8330 housing first. i might just buy the black keyboard on cnn.cn and see how it looks on the titanium 8310. anyone have any experience with cnn.cn? are they oem parts (i know they list them as oem, but you never know)? how is shipping?
