I am stuck on the BIS page. When I go to options and browser config I see the homepage address as bis.na.blackberry.com//wap?brand=vsw

I cannot change this no matter what I do and I cant get on the web. Help!!!

A little confused here. What are you trying to do?

Login to the BIS from the PC to resend the service books. If you want to do it from the phone go to the email setup icon - click, let it load and it will take you right to where you need to be........ Login and send from there if you wish.

sorry... it's my first night with my bb. I am trying to get on the internet and I cant get past that page. I dont have a pc (I have a mac) so I cant use the verizon cd.

Not sure what you are trying to do exactly..... Lemme know and we will go from there. Does the browser work for any pages? IF you are trying to send the service books you can do it as I suggested above......

Hit menu-close.

You are stuck on the email set up page.

Back on your main screen, find the globe icon and click in it.

Once you've opened your browser, hit menu-options-browser configuration.

Scroll to bottom to change home page.

Chrisy- I cannot change the homepage- that is where i am stuck. I can highlight but cannot delete and overwrite.

Does it actually load home page? If so can you hit menu>Go To...?

If you are in the email setup page... Do as chrisy suggested in post 5 and 6 and you will be set......

What OS are you running? i thought i remember reading on here something about home page not being customizable with a certain OS...or while using wifi...

I was able to somehow get back to the verizon homepage, and from there was able to make yahoo my homepage. Thanks very much for the quick replies.
