But recently it will hang up several times a day and I have to pull the battery to reset it. I have a 4g card that has 2.2g of free space, so I don't think I'm full.
Sometimes it will just give me the hour glass and won't snap out of it.
First check your available memory - Alt+LeftShift+H. On a Curve you want to see at least 12,000,000 bytes free. if that appears to be problematic, try some of the things in this link - http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...-memory-34633/.
If memory doesn't seem to be the problem, remove the media card and see if it improves. Might be a corrupted media card.
Also be aware that push technology apps like Facebook, Viigo, weather apps, or UberTwitter can have major memory leaks and consume a huge amount of system resources that could cause symptoms you describe.
