I had issues adding contacts (after searching here it seems like a normal problem). Of course I tried to fix it before searching here and did a battery pull with no success. I then deleted the messenger because this helped when I had my BB 8130.
Problem is I don't know how to get it reinstalled. I found instructions on the website to use the application loader. The problem is when I open the loader it doesn't list the programs like listed on the website. The only thing listed for me on the application loader is three themes I installed a few days ago.
Can anyone help me find the messenger on the desktop to reinstall it on my BB 8330?
I don't believe I do. How would I got about obtaining it? I attempted to do the install from blackberry.com but discovered the phone was too new to install that version of the messenger.
