When i press the camera button, or select the camera icon, it starts to come on then says camera in use by another application.. Help Please.

Try pulling your battery while the phone is on. Wait 20 seconds and reinsert the battery. See if that clears it up. I also noticed you said you have a 8330 with att. Is it a 8320 or 8310 or 8300. A 8330 will not work on att.
