Hi! I bought the 8320 off Ebay back in early August, so I don't have a warranty. It has been a pretty good phone up until a week ago. I had it in my back pocket and when I pulled it out my trackball was going all over the place. Then all of a sudden it will just stop, but it doesn't respond on the screen when I try to move it. It still lets me select things though. Also, when I try to send a text message or dial a phone number, it gives me all kinds of crazy characters. I've cleaned my trackball a million times now, and I even put a friend's trackball in and nothing changed. What do you think might be wrong with it? Thanks.
