I have a Curve 8310 with AT&T and DO not have the data plan. I was told that I can tether it with my Macbook and access internet on the computer. It seems that the phone will function as a dialup modem and will help me connect to internet.
Is this true? Can it be done? If this is done, will I be using my minutes (how ever long I am connected to the dialup server).
