I've tried over and over to follow the steps in fixing this same problem on my 8300, but once I try t fix my nuked phone following the instructions provided from 101, it still will not allow me to find the OS in the app loader.

I was wondering, because my phone is unlocked and it is an AT&T Phone, should I download the AT&T software or because my carrier is Cincinnati Bell should I use that application.

Please advise, Thanks in advance!

same here i follow all update instruction and delete the vendor file but didnt promote for update :S
