I know this has been posted before but after going through the forums, I have nto found an actual solution the post usually just died.
So i thought i would start a new post to maybe help everybody out there. No reason to pay someone upwards of $75 to do something you can do for free.
Here is where I am:
Flash the PRL on the Blackberry to 38515 EV-DO for Circket
Changed the SIP ID to phonenumber at mycricketdotcom password cricket
Changed MIP to ismi at mycricketdotcom
Loaded Service Books
Battery Pull on the phone
My results so far are:
Phone calls work great
SMS works great
WAP works great using Google as a portal
Here is where the trouble is i can send MMS it is delayed but then again it is Cricket so that's expected.
I cannot receive MMS.
Also, the display only says 1X and not EVDO but that is not that important as I dont browse very often.
I fixed this problem by using this service book....
Its from a professionally flashed phone.
Ok well I'd post it but I don't know how.
Can someone tell me how.

I believe this forum has a minimum post count in order to attach anything or post a link. I sent you a pm with my email address and was hoping you could hook me up. I have a storm with no incoming mms. but the rest works great.

hello, can you please guide me to where i can get the service book that will enable mms on my blackberry 8830
I'm on a Sprint 8330m trying to get all of the cricket settings straightened out, and I don't even see anything about SIP Id or a password field. There is a 'A-Key' field (which is blank and I have no clue what is for), and an MIP Iser ID...
This is when I dial #000000 [Send] and go into my 'CDMA Service Edit Screen'.
There are many Cricket SBs in different forums on this site, its just a matter of hunting them out and finding them. Im still working in my posting so a can make a SB thread on a forum but if needed I could e-mail them out.
