Hello everyone. I just got my curve within the last month so these may be repeat questions.

1.Sometimes when I am trying to make a call I hear no sound. I ound out they can hear me but it is totally silent to me. I have to take out the battery to fix it.

2.I try and go to my online banking site and can get in but cannot get into any of my accounts. i see evertyhing listed but cannot click on anything. i actually have seen this on a couple of sits

1. This is a known and well-documented issue with Verizon 8330s. My recommendation is to swap it out for a new, non-defective device to avoid further issues.

2. This would be an issue with your bank's site, not the device. Some banks websites are simply not accessible on Blackberries. However, do try Opera Mini as a secondary browser, as it will access some sites that the native BB browser will not.
