You have to do it one at a time unfortunately.

To your SIM from the phone. Go into the contact hit menu > Copy to SIM phone book.

It is always good to back up your info on a regular basis. But if I understand you correctly, you are getting a new blackberry. You could just use the switch device wizard and it will put all your info on there for you.

To copy to sim book this is what I do. Open the address book go to the contact and view. Then scroll down to the contacts number and hit the menu key and select copy to sim phone book.

Your welcome. Theres other ways to keep your contacts. If you use outlook you could sync it with DM. I just use dm to create a backup once a week and if I need to restore I just restore it. It shouldnt matter what blackberry you have, they all will take the backup.ipd file. Just wont take device specific apps or themes.

Your best and quickest way to do it, is just to back em up with DM. That way it saves everything I'm pretty sure and you can just reload them back on.
