My old phone is a SE 810. How can I move my contacts from my old phone to my Blackberry. Doing it through the simcard doesn't cut it. I tried sending it through bluetooth, but it didn't work.

Also, is there a way to select my whole contact list? I want to delete it all and start again.

If you can sync it with Outlook, then you can sync your BB with Outlook.

Do you have a usb to connect your 810 to your PC? If so, use the "switch device wizard" to transfer contacts over.

I can bluetooth contacts from the BB,but not to. Kinda weird.
Does anyone know how to delete all the contacts off my BB? I want to start fresh

Options --> Security Options --> General Settings --> Menu Key --> Wipe Handheld!

When you say you are trying to BT contacts, you realize you have to be in receiving mode... although your devices are paired, it still needs to be there.

Now I'm still not sure if you'd be able to get it still, but ensure you're getting the error because of the device and not user error.
