Yes, it says "no new devices found, ensure the device you are searching for is in pairing mode" But I have no idea how to put something into pairing mode. I have also done "allow another device to find me" and no go.
Wow that's wierd.. Blackberry has very secure bluetooth settings.. Is it possible to get a manual for your bluetooth device you are trying to connect.. And are u sure that it is compatible with ur blackberry.. And try doing abattery pull.. A blackberry little trick that fixes almost everything lol

On a lot of Bluetooth headsets your On button is used to put it into pairing mode. Usually you press and hold it for a few seconds longer than normal until the light gives you a different kind of flash. then you can perform your search from the BB.
