I am about to give up. This is my 1st BB and I am working my way through the BB 101 Lecture pages on this site. I have also looked things up on these boards. But my phone won't ring. It vibrates. It beeps. It flashes. It certainly never rings. Everything I see says to go to Profile and somehow change it, but I can't find a Profile. Can someone please help me? Thanks so much.
