So I connect my bb (8330 sprint) to my computer, and the icon on the phone shows it as connected/charging. Yet my computer doesn't recognize that a drive is available. A few weeks ago, something would pop-up and it would recognize an additional storage drive, ie so I could put files on the phone. Any ideas? Could this be physical?

If you have not so, restart the computer and battery reset the device. ALso check to make sure that you mass sotrage mode is enabled.

Tried that. When it's connected, it says "the media card is not available because Mass Storage Mode is currently in use", yet when I go to "my computer", it doesn't show up.
Hm, seems to be a computer issue - works fine with same wire and phone on another computer. Thanks for your help!
