Help! I love my BB and have had it for over a month. I can't get my computer to recongize that it is plugged in so I can sync it to the BB desk top. I have downloaded the 4.6 version of the BB desktop in hopes that would help. Obviously I am not to computer savy. Very frustrated!!

If you're connecting it to the front USB port on your computer, try using one of the rear ports instead. USB can be fickle, and front panel ports are often not fully USB 2.0 compatible.

I have a question along the same lines. I can sync to my computer thru desktop mngr, but when I try to use the media mngr, it says no device attached.
