i want to make a phone list for local businesses that i use often
for example i want to add all the surrounding locations of autozone stores to my phonebook

is there a fast and easy way of doing it
a specific program that i can use to make a list and then upload it to my phone?

Just create the list in outlook and sync your phone.....

you can make groups on the phone but one of the easiest ways is to just do it in outlook and then when you are in your phone book hit menu>filter
