Yes ladies and gentlemen. My android experiment has come to its end.

Granted I was conducting this experiment on a Sprint HTC Hero, not the most powerful of androids, but I can't take it any more.

The ease of use on the Blackberry cannot be rivaled. I'm happy to sacrifice some juvenile bells and whistles for the ability to place a phone call in under 45 seconds.

So I have a question or 2. I have a 16gb flash card in my hero with plain old mp3's and some pictures on it. I think the bb will be able to read everythin, but last I knew, the bb wouldn't read a card over 8gb...is this still the case for the 8330?

Also, if my space bar was getting kind of hinky, can I fix that by replacing the keypad mylar?

I think that's it for now.

EDIT:: Also, what's the latest OS that works with a sprint 8330?

The 8330 can use a 16gb card. I have one in mine right now. Actually I think it can go up to 32, but I know for a fact it can go to 16.

    The latest version is 5.0.0.438

Sorry, I don't know anything about the keyboard.

    Thanks very much!

Can I get that OS here? I'll look into it.
