Anything will get dirty for obvious reasons but at the moment I have the black and it looks really sharp. I also have a blue and a purple as well as the oem white just for when I get board. If you are looking at changing I might suggest you get a couple just for variety.
My solution is having 6 diff colored ones so I can switch em out whenever I want. I'm sure the lighter ones will show dirt eventually but they're so easy to dye and switch out I'm not too concerned.
