    Q-Tip.
    Lightly brush.

    No liquid unless you need it.
    Alchohol if you need to wash something off.

    I use canned air and lens cleaner towelettes to clean my main screen and the camera lens. Blow air to get the big rocks out then use the towelette to clean any oil/smudges. It works.
