Hi everyone, my gf recently broke her charging plug (on the phone) and she has no way of charging her phone. I ordered her a battery charger (external) off ebay but it will only arrive in probably 2 weeks. Is it possible to charge her 8800 battery with my 8310?

Possible? Maybe. Prudent? I would think not. It is always best to
put only the battery designed for the phone in the phone. I'd
hate to think of you getting the battery charged but destroying
your phone in the process. My opinion only though.

Well i put her battery in my phone, and when the phone goes on, it shows me a picture of a battery with a line going across it...saying like, wrong battery. The voltage and polarity of both batteries are the same...i dont understand why they dont work

Same thing happens if you put a pearl battery into a Curve.
That symbol you are seeing is a warning. Heed it.
