I am getting a replacement phone in the mail today, but the reason I need a new one is because I can't plug the current one in. So....I can't back up my files and contacts...I did 10 days ago but I've added stuff since then. Is there anyway to do this remotely/wirelessly? I guess something is wrong with my charger port because when I plug anything in it, the plug symbol doesn't show up on the screen.

Set up a Bluetooth connection between the device and use BlackBerry Desktop Manager that way.

If that doesn't work, download Google Sync. At least you can backup your contacts and calendar.
