    have adjusted the profiles, went to the verizon store, called verizon...did a battery pull....i would like when the setting is quiet, to not have it vibrate when i have a phone call...any suggestions? any one else have this profile?

    Have you installed vibe and ring or anything to make it ring AND vibrate at the same time? if so.. thats prolly why.

    So you wnet to Profiles >Advanced >Hit menu >Edit and it won't work?
