Hi---I just go the Curve 8330 and love everything I have figured out far! But I can't seem to get my home e-mail account set up on it. I have Cox Cable as a provider and get my e-mail through them. I use Microsoft Office Outlook for my e-mail because I have it at work as well. But I've been trying for four days to get it configured and can't get it to work. I have double and triple-checked my input data with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

go to verizons blackberry BIS site, sorry i dont know what it is. log in, or create an acct with them, then set up your email that way. all you should have to do is input your email address, then your password, and the site does the rest.
