    When I go to set up wizard and select Email Setup my only options are 'I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server' or 'I want to skip email set up'.

    if you have the bb data like above, you should resend the service books if you do not see the set up personal email icon.

    What blackberry do you have, and from what provider? You'll have to go to that providers BB site (ie sprint.blackberry.com) and set it up there.

    Its extremelyb intuitive and easy. Make sure you have the IMAP server info.

    Are you suppose to be on BES? This is if you are using a work email. If you are not you should contact your service provider and get on the BIS plan.
