Hello, I just exchanged one BB for another, when I received it from the IT person it already had my yahoo e-mail set up on it (not sure how he did this), but it does not send or receive mail from my yahoo account. I logged onto BIS, deleted my yahoo account and then set it up again, but no luck, I still can not send or received yahoo mail from my BB Curve. Any ideas as to how I can resolve this issue? thanks.

It takes about 20 minutes or so to begin receiving your Yahoo emails after you set it up on BIS. And, you will only get new emails, not anything already in your inbox. I assume you have your login and password info entered correctly in BIS?

Go back into your BIS website and on the left, under settings, click "change device". Put your new PIN # (options, status) in there.

That should do it.
