    Is this an Alltel thing? I didn't think so. But I can't send or receive pictures with text or email messages. Is this a settings issue? Thanks!

    Just like it sounds. Go to a picture. Go to Menu/Send as MMS then type in your own number as the recipient.

    My curve on Alltel didn't work at first either. I had to call them to fix it, works like a champ now.
