I am about to go crazy. Everytime I try to send a picture message it never goes through. There is this red X beside the message. Please help. TIA.

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan? Are you connected to WiFi when trying?

Yes I have an unlimited data plan. It says GPRS in the corner. I usually can send them, but recently I have been having problems.

It sounds like your area is experiencing a data outage. GPRS is the lowest of the low for data connections, and it should actually say EDGE in the corner. I would call your service provider and find out if they are experiencing data issues in your area before you start going crazy with trying to get it fixed. After you do that, we will move on.

you cannot use WiFi to send an MMS if I am correct.

Also, delete and resend the service books to your phone - for some reason, i always lose MMS ability, and resending the books helps.
