My trackball works scrolling but I can't select anything or type anything! Also, when I push the trackball in, that doesn't work either. Neither do the side buttons.

    How do I fix this?

Do I need a new phone?

Can I at least save my phone #s?

I tried restarting it, removing battery, etc. Please help

Also, if I bought this phone from AT&T less than a year ago, is my warranty still good? Do I even have one?

You should still be eligible for the warranty. It should fall under "defective trackball"

I suggest you give them a call and have them send you a replacement.

Thanks. What about my numbers and stuff? Is this fixable at all?

You can do a back up before you send back your phone and when you receive the new one just use the Switch Device Wizard on Desktop manager.

Should be under manufacturer's 1 year warranty.
