I cant see the unread message number. Its not even there. Its there if I go into my browser but its not there on the home screen and thats where I need it. It is selected to be on in the message options. Any ideas????

is it a custom theme? this happened to me on a theme i installed.. I had to remove the theme,, try changing themes and see if the counter is there...

It was the theme. Yh its was a custom theme. Redownloaded the theme and problem solved. Saved the link in memos so if I happens again I can just redownload.
