I cant play videos that I received on MMS messages.

The error message reads:

Content was removed because its format is not supported and cannot be converted.


Please Help

I forgot to add that the video was made and sent from a cell phone on the verizon network

it is possible that the message you received had a flash video in it. therefore you got the error message. blackberry does not support flash...yet. just wait for the 4.5 to come out.
