Hello! Im a new Blackberry user, im from Mexico and my cellphone is running on a company named Telcel.
I have a problem, I added some contacts to my phone, but when I try to make a call from my address book it automatically adds a +1 at the beginning of the number im calling, so I can�t place calls. Example: Trying to call 6444101010 it automatically dials +16444101010.

Is there something I can do?

Go to the phone / menu / options / smart dialing, and amend it there!

Press the green button, then the menu button (immediately left of trackball)
scroll down to options, and then scroll down to smart dialing
