I've been trying to login to my BIS account for the past hour. I've used 3 of my e-mails, and my password is the same as all the rest of my passwords for everything else, so I know I'm not inputting the wrong information. Also when I have my password sent, it doesn't send it to me. I was wondering, is my BIS account name my blackberry email? I'm so confused!

mine is set up through my carrier (sprint.blackberrry.com) My user name is not my email address. Could it be something else. If you cannot find it maybe your carrier can reset it. I know sprint can but you may be dealing directly with BIS. BTW I use password keeper to keep info like this.
That was happening to me too. Just RIM was down for a short while. Can log in again now. When that happens and you know your login and password are correct just be patient and let the event pass.
