    Hello all, I have a Curve 8330 that has a wierd issue. When dialing out I can't hear the other person but they can hear me fine, I can't hear the phone ringing the number I'm calling either. After turning it off and pulling the battery it works fine. This has happen twice in the past month, any ideas on what the issue may be? How do you "update" these phones? -Jim

    Are you possibly paired with a headset that's on and within range?

    this is a known issue with verizon 8330s, your best choice is to take it back to the store for a replacement...

    I don't use a headset so not that I'm aware of...it's happened at work and again at home. It seems totally random, it first did it a few weeks after I got the phone then again last night. -Jim
