Hi all bb newbie here..lol..I have searched and cant find to exact answer..

The problem is I can play my videos through a few players (quick time/itunes) but not windows. and once i disconnect my bb it wont play at all. I think the problem is converting the video to a different file.. mpeg etc. How do you change the video out of 3g format? so it will play on facebook etc..I keep getting a msg its not supported...I can't change it from desktop mangr. I can play it on the PC but cant upload to other sites....

You're correct. Wmp by default won't play 3g video. There are many converters out there you can use. Just google video converter. Good luck, and welcome to crackberry.
