    I had an old 7290 and just got a new 8310. This is a personal one set up at home. We loaded the 8310 software to replace the 7290 software. We switched the sim card so the phone is now working. We cannot get it to sync now. Of course there is no phone number to call. They want you to figure it out via online instructions. We have tried everything but no luck. If anyone has experience with this and can guide us, please reply. Thank you.

    You should uninstall the old 7290 software first.

    Reboot your PC.

    Make sure that you have v4.3 of Desktop Manager download Desktop Software v4.3 b25 without Media Manager (English).exe installed.

    Run the program and connect your phone.
