I cant find my yahoo email and my tmobile email on my new curve? How do I go about getting them back on there?

log into your email setup icon(BIS page) and click service books, and then click send service books

Try doing a battery pull, or maybe the icons can be hidden.

Remember when in doubt pull out.

Ok did that, says they are there but i dont see an icon for them...hmm

on the app screen, menu key Show All, they may just be hidden.

do you have the message icon?

Options, advanced, host routing table, menu key, register.. try that, although not entirely this will help.. but doesnt hurt it.

message icon? i got the blackberry messenger icon..i tried the registering thing, and nothing. lol i knew things were going too smoothly! theres always something!!

when you go to the message icon and hit menu>options>general does "email and sms inboxes" say "seperate"?

it should just look like an envelope.

and the email icons should look like an envelope with a globe.. on the stock themes..

yeah it does say seperate and i did that, i still dont have the blackberry.net email icon or the yahoo mail icon

good point SD, did you just come from another device? if you did, you need to log into your BIS and swtich the pin over to the new phone(via "change device" on BIS)

Log in to you carrier's BIS page and go to device switch, Type the new PIN in there...
