Tansfering piture from my BB to PC - HELP

I've tried to connect my curve(8310) to my PC for transfering ny picture to the PC and a message comes up:
Your device is not recognized by Blackberry Media Syc Please check that:
1. a media card is installed correctly in the Blackberry device
2 . mass storege mode is turned onin your Blackberry device
The picture are in the Blackberry not on a Media card/ sd card
is any option to transfer the picture files to the PC - I dont have a data plan / internet and can't send email.....
- When I plug in my BB to the computer on the USB it starts to charge,
- The Blackberry device manager recognize the cureve 8310

Any advice/aplication to transfer the pictuers

You need to download and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager with Roxio Media Manager.

Then use Roxio to access the Device Memory. Roxio is the ONLY WAY to access the Device Memory from a computer.

Otherwise, just get a Media Card and use the File Manager on the device to move the files to the Media Card.
