    just got a new blackberry and every time i try to connect to the browser this message comes up.....

    "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device"

    i have rang vodafone a few times to try and sort it they keep telling me it should be working and telling me to remove battery and sim and restart phone etc etc. None of this has worked.,so if anyone has any idea what could be wrong can you explain any help would be great cheers.

    Do you have a data plan with your carrier because you need one. If you do go to options, advanced, host routing tables, menu register now. then go to mobile network in options and menu start provisioning to get service books. If you have all ready done this at the bis site for your carrier (email setup) there should be an option to send service books.. and BTW your carrier should be able to send the books tooo you got a very helpful rep
