I got a plazmic theme but it wasn't in themes file. It was in advanced options under applications. I couldn't figure out how to set so I erased it. I am a newbie if u could also help with easy downloading of ringtones. I've tried email and downloading. I have a bb 8330 from verizon. Thanks

You need to make sure whatever theme you download OTA is for your OS. You can find what OS you are running by going to options>about. Whenever you download a theme or 3rd party app, it is a good idea to do a battery pull after installation. Remove your battery while the device is on, wait a minute and re-insert...

BTW, some themes either free or premium you will have to do a battery pull for the theme to show up under 'themes'...

Most of the time, OTA themes will not require a battery pull...

You simply need to make sure :

1) The theme is for your OS

2) The theme is for your device!

3) The theme actually installed (Options > Advanced Options > Applications)

4) Then apply the theme (Options > Themes)
