Ok, when I click on the brower icon, instead of the web coming up I get a list of my email accounts. Help please. thought by turning off the blackberry and then turning it back on it might reset but no joy. have also tried hitting the "back" button but no effect. any ideas?

Sorry for a basic question, but are you clicking the right icon? When you highlight it, it says "Browser", right?

I ask because it sounds like you're clicking an icon for an email account, not the actual browser one. The email ones have a globe, too.

And - turning it off & back on isn't the universal reset... try a battery pull. With your BB still on, take off the back cover and remove the battery. Leave it out for 30 seconds, then put it back in. Your BB will power up & reset.
