    I want to start by saying this is a great site for all BB users.

    My issue is that I cannot open email attachments from my Curve 8330.
    I upgraded to v 4.5 and now get a "open attachment" option, but defaults by saying "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device". This happens for all attachments .pdf .jpg ect. BB says it is because I am using the redirect for my email.
    Can someone please help me.

    What email service are you using? Hotmail? Gmail? other?

    You'll probably need to log into your BIS e-mail setup screen and resend your service books for your BB Attachment Service.
