i just got a memory card from best buy, and it will not format at all. when i try to format it in the phone it locks my phone up. when i try to format it on my computer it will not do it also. is it just a bad card??

sounds like it... I bought a card and it did the same thing... I thought it was the reader replaced that then determined it was the card.
